David A. Laveman, MS, MA is a professional management consultant, and senior executive coach. As Founder and President of Laveman & Associates LLC, David has been helping businesses reinvent, renew and achieve ‘breakthrough’ results since 2002. Formerly Dave was Change Management Partner for Accenture and a Vice President and Officer for Computer Science Corporation. He led the Organizational Change Practice for The Concours Group, and played a co-founder role in AkaRx Biotech (successfully acquired by Eisai Pharma in 2009), and The Praemia Group in which he is Founding Partner Emeritus.

Dave has been a pioneer in providing clients with a variety of strategic breakthrough results through targeted business advice, executive coaching, organizational reinvention, executive alignment and cross-functional ‘breakthrough’ team effectiveness.

Mr. Laveman has a MS from Columbia University, MA from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and a Certificate in Executive Excellence and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. He has presented his work on creating ‘strategic breakthrough performance’ to The Wharton School, the GMAC CM Annual Management Meeting, the Executive Summit, the Society of Information Management and was recently invited to present his thinking to the 2015 International Conference on ‘The Science of Consciousness’ held in Helsinki, Finland. From an early age Dave demonstrated a proclivity for strategic thinking as evidenced by his competitive Chess accomplishments capped by a game published in The New York Times.
